Overall excellent
The location is great if you want a quieter place but still close to the town centre. The room itself was fantastic, very modern and sleek, and having a private pool was amazing.
The deck around the pool had some loose and rotting boards in places, and the umbrella was broken, which is a bit of a downer if you want shade in the middle of the day. I feel like this is an important feature that needs to be fixed.

To sum up, the price of the hotel is, in my opinion, overpriced, however, our stay was quite satisfactory.
Of the pluses, there is a beautiful cove near the hotel, where there are almost no people. This hotel had a beautiful and clean territory. This hotel is suitable for those who stay in tranquillity and privacy away from the noise of the night Phuket
The downside is that in this regard, the prices for services and food are very high. Also, there is only a pharmacy near the hotel. The terrain is hilly, so you can't go far in the heat. Of the biggest disadvantages, it was the cleanliness of the room. The room was dirty on our arrival. Even after cleaning, the floor of the room was in the sand. We asked the housekeeper to clean it more thoroughly, which was not done until we complained to the reception. The air conditioning system left much to be desired. It's old, so it couldn't be set to a sleep mode. Either sweat in 38 degrees Celsius, or get a runny nose and a sore throat. The reception failed to arrange the airport transfer, causing a major setback. As a result, we were 40 minutes late.

What was the highlight of APlan Properties
Great relaxing stay
We had a private small pool with our room, which was the best aspect of the room. During the day, it was nice to go up to the roof and relax in private. The hotel itself was large and had good restaurants attached to it, as well as being very close to a great local beach which wasn't the busiest beach.
The hotel itself could do with a little repair, as the pool itself needed cleaning and the lights didn't work at night, which was a shame. Also, due to the way the hotel is, bats get into the corridor easily, so in the evening, we would often have to avoid a bat to get to our room!
